Aircraft Maintenance Technician
Location: Twin Cities Aviation (TCA) - Anoka County Airport (KANE), Blaine, Minnesota

Schedule: Full-time or part-time, 24–48 hours per week, Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)

Located at KANE, we’re a Cirrus Authorized Service Center and also offer factory-trained support for Diamond aircraft, along with Beechcraft, Cessna, and Piper airframes. We’re seeking experienced and dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Technicians who excel in a collaborative, high-performance environment. You’ll join a team focused on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in providing exceptional aircraft maintenance services.

Primary Responsibilities
As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will work with the Director of Maintenance (DOM), other technicians, and team members to deliver services including:
As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will work with the Director of Maintenance (DOM), other technicians, and team members to deliver services including:
- 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspections
- Troubleshooting and unscheduled maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
- Engine removals and replacements
- Composite and metallic structural repairs
- Avionics software updates
- Aircraft jacking, lifting, towing, and manual handling
- Cleaning and lubrication
- Additional duties as assigned

- Proactively identify and address tasks needed to support maintenance operations
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Work collaboratively at all levels, contributing to continuous improvement
- Adhere to Part 145 Repair Station standards and ensure compliance across all company processes
Qualifications
- License: Active Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (either Airframe or Powerplant required; both preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in aviation maintenance
- Skills: Composite repair and paint experience are advantageous
- Tools: Must possess a personal set of tools
- Compliance: Must pass FAA-mandated drug and alcohol screening and background checks

Initial and recurrent training provided to ensure understanding of TCA’s Part 145 Repair Station and Service Center protocols.
