About the Role
This dual-role position combines Customer Service and Custom Upholstery Designer to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Customer Service:
Customer Service:
- Assist walk-in customers and handle phone, text, and email inquiries.
- Provide estimates, process payments, and manage customer details.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Design:
- Use CAD tools (e.g., 3D Studio Max, SolidWorks, Revit) and 3D scanners to create stunning designs and precise models.
- Collaborate with customers and technicians to balance style and functionality.
- Develop custom designs with materials like leather, vinyl, and fabric, ensuring seamless project execution.

Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-focused design role or equivalent technical training.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Blender, Revit).
- High School Diploma or GED; experience in custom upholstery is a plus.
- Strong listening, communication, and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
