Seeds of Creation LLC, an administrative services provider, supports a family of companies, including Wichterman's Upholstery.

Join Wichterman’s, a family-owned leader in custom upholstery design and restoration for over 50 years. We specialize in luxury and custom interiors for aircraft, automotive, marine, and furniture projects. We're seeking a talented, detail-oriented Automotive Upholstery Specialist to help us craft stunning, high-quality interiors that "WOW" our customers. What You’ll Do

Upholstery Craftsmanship:

Cut patterns, sew using industrial-grade machines, and manipulate various materials like leather, vinyl, and fabric.
Rebuild, repair, and install auto interiors and convertible tops, including seats, headliners, cushions and more.
Create custom designs with precision and creativity.

Customer Interaction:
Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored designs, meeting luxury standards.
Ensure all projects meet exact specifications and deadlines.

Team Collaboration:

Work with a skilled team to complete projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in automotive, marine, or aviation upholstery (or equivalent technical training).
Expertise in hand and power tools, industrial sewing machines, and material handling.
Strong attention to detail, particularly with pattern layout and stitching styles.
Experience with custom designs is a plus.

Personal Qualities:

Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Passion for delivering high-quality, luxury products.

Physical Requirements:

Comfortable working in a hands-on environment, standing, bending, and lifting as needed.
