Your Role

As a Floral Support Assistant, you will support our floral designers and our delivery team in all parts of the processes. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with floral arrangement preparation, including flower prep, arranging, and packaging arrangements for delivery.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Processing incoming flower shipments to ensure freshness and quality.
Customer service, getting an initial understanding of walk in customers and customers calling in to make orders.
Providing excellent customer service to ensure every experience at Schaaf Floral is exceptional.

Qualifications:

Previous floral or retail experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person!
Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 20 lbs).
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed during the busy season.

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
